My name is Wang Fei, and I serve as the Deputy Team Leader of the Blue Sky Rescue Team, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China. Our volunteer-based rescue team is trained in flood response operations and INSARAG USAR standards. We have extensive domestic experience in flood response and have participated in international earthquake response operations in Turkey and Myanmar.

Having reviewed the Flood Response – Capacity Building – Technical Reference Note, our team is prepared and willing to contribute to international flood response efforts, providing assistance to affected communities worldwide.

We would like to inquire whether registration in your database requires submission through the INSARAG Country National Focal Point. Should this be necessary, we would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly provide the contact information of the INSARAG Country National Focal Point for China for correspondence.
